This program is an update for the Rob Orb (as of release 1.5).
This program allows the user to view Rob in his “Focus” mode (with red flashing lights behind his head and chest, the orb will slowly move across the screen), or in his off “Hover” mode (robot mode).
It also features a “Walt” mode, which adds the ability for the orb to change skin, and display different skins and colors, much like the way the animated Rob orb from the Rob and Kiki series (as of release 2.0) would work. This mode is still technically in the “testing” phase of development.
This program will be continually updated, allowing the user to add skins, and have different uses of the rob.
The ability to be able to have multiple Robs on the same desktop is also being worked on.
The reason why the developers of this software decided to update the orb is to give it a “3D” feel, as well as to give the Rob a much needed update.
When the orb is in hover mode, it will flicker faster.
There is a web page which is being created that will allow the user to download skins for the orb.

Installation:
First, you must have the Rob Orb 2.0 or 2.2 installed.
Next, the Rob Desktop application must be installed.
Usage:
When Rob is first loaded up, you will see a screen with two options. The first option is to view Rob in his hover mode. The second option is to view Rob in his focus mode. If the orb is currently in focus, the first option will be disabled.
If the orb is not in focus, the second option will be disabled.
After Rob is in focus, you will see a screen with a directional control. You will be able to move Rob by using the arrow keys on your keyboard, to change his skin by pressing ctrl, and to exit by pressing escape.

Usage:
Rob: Wait for the green orb to start moving, right click on it, it will follow you around your desktop.
Rob The Orb: Click on the icon on your desktop and it will behave as the Rob orb.
Rob Gai: Click on the icon on your desktop and it will behave as the Rob Gai orb.
It is designed to have a better grip on the mouse with my hands as they are very shaky. It also fixes the problem of the mouse wheel being in the wrong place.
