This program will scan a given AVI file and create a splitted series of files, each file (A Part) is a small video file representing a small part of the original AVI file.
The program will search for the first part of the AVI file which has the ‘best quality’ and will export this part of the file as file A. The program will then go through the whole AVI file again scanning if there is a better quality part and so on until the program can’t find another better quality part.
Using this approach, we achieve very small files, and at the same time, we can easily resume playing from certain points in the original AVI file. The output can be any video format you wish. The output files can be converted to different file formats such as MKV or OGG, H264, AAC, MP3, WMA, etc.
BeSplit Free can be used for automatically splitting/fixing long audio files. It’s a very simple utility which just has a few commands and a few plugins

6. Perform the reverse effect (merge, join to a single file) of Bestsplit.exe, if it is necessary to restore the merged file.

8. Select time from the head of the file or from the beginning of the file.
9. Click on “Install Now” button.
Remark:
If you use BeSplit on MP3 files, the encoder used is LAME.
If you use BeSplit on AAC files, the encoder used is AACenc or Libfaac.
