1) How do I know I’m getting a good rate?

We begin our relationship with you by finding out how your business operates and determining which RS Merchant Services services features will provide you with the best possible rate. One size does not fit all in credit card processing. We will actually go through your credit card statement with you to identify what you can do to lower your processing costs.

2) Do I need a Merchant Account?

Yes, to process payments you must have a merchant account. One of the advantages of working with us is our ability to provide everything you need to accept electronic payments.

3) Do I have to change banks?

No, all RS Merchant Services products and services are bank independent, so you continue to enjoy your current banking relationship.

4) When can I access my funds?

Typically funds are deposited in your account within 2 business days.

5) I’m not very computer oriented, is it easy to lean to use your Internet processing system?

Absolutely. During your initial call or meeting with your RS Merchant Services sales rep, you can process test transactions and see just how easy it is.

6) I already have a terminal, can I use it with your processing services?

Most likely. Usually we can reprogram your existing terminal but sometimes this is not possible for older models.
